They'll be able to answer your questions and put your mind more at rest. I`m 40 years old and have drunk all my life (14-40). I admitted to 175 units per week but i think if the truth was known its half that again on top.<br /> I am non violent and never suffer with hangovers. I never drink in the mornings and never at work. </p> <p>I had a breakdown about a year ago and have been on antidepressants and and drugs for panic attacks and they don`t work.</p> <p>I never thought i had a problem with alcohol until my psychiatrist asked me to get help and advised me to contact Aquarius as he didn`t feel i could do this on my own.</p> <p>So here i am. I'm quite pathetic realy, it has more or less been the same amount for fifteen of those thirty years, bottle of wine and a can of lager a night, never anything in the day and I never go out so I very rarely go over that, thats why I feel pathetic because I no some folk are a lot worse than me and suffer badly because of it. I'm in no way an alchoholic but it has me in a vice like grip.<br /> every morning I swear I won't do it that night but I feel different about it by the evening. I did manage to stop in two thousand and four untill two seven when we found out our lovely brother was dying and my sisters and myselfe looked after him untill the horrible end and I'm afraid I welcomed it back with open arms, sitting in the garden at night after a stessfull day I just let myself go and enjoyed it, not any more.
